Refund policy
Effective April 2026
Non-refundable bookings
All bookings made with Scootering are final and non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rescheduling
In the event that you need to change your rental date, we allow rescheduling of your booking 14 days before your scheduled rental time, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to make any changes. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days in advance will not be accommodated.
No-show policy
If you do not show up for your booking at the scheduled time without prior notice, your rental will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
By completing your booking with Scootering, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
